Bordered by Independence Boulvard (US-74), Eastway Drive, Central Avenue, Albemarle Road and Sharon-Amity Road, these two charming, well-established neighborhoods are close to Uptown and convenient to all of Charlotte’s central business districts. Plaza-Midwood, South End, Dilworth, Elizabeth, and the Metropolitan are all a short drive or an easy bike ride away. Within our neighborhood are Sheffield Park, the Evergreen Nature Preserve, and two schools – Winterfield Elementary and Eastway Middle.
